You may qualify for enrollment in B.R.A.D. Head Start, Early Head Start, or Arkansas Better Chance if:

  • You have a child birth to five years of age

All applicants must provide the following information:

  • Proof of immunizations

  • Documentation of income

  • Social Security numbers

  • Birth certificate

  • ARKids, Medicaid, or private insurance card (if covered by one of these)

B.R.A.D. Head Start/Early Head Start/ABC actively recruits children for enrollment throughout the program year.  Families are prioritized for enrollment using a system that ensures that children with the most need are enrolled first.

B.R.A.D. Head Start/Early Head Start/ABC provides special needs services such as speech and language therapy, physical and occupational therapy or other needed disabilities services in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and reserves 10% of all enrollment opportunities for children who need special services.
